Like many cyclists, I used to believe that better performance came from simply training harder.
Over time, I realised the biggest gains came from something else entirely: consistency.
As a husband, father and full-time professional, I understand what it's like to balance ambition with the realities of everyday life. Training has to fit around work, family and the unexpected, not the other way around.
Over the past two decades I've completed endurance events, studied cycling performance, nutrition and strength training, and spent countless hours learning what truly helps busy people improve. Along the way, I've discovered that fitness is about far more than watts, heart rate or race results.
It's about building discipline, resilience and confidence that carries into every part of life.
That's why I created Velo Peaks.
My goal isn't simply to help you ride faster. It's to help you become stronger, healthier and more capable, for yourself, your family and whatever adventures lie ahead.
