I am a 45 year old, cycling for around 5 years. The reason I looked for a coach was to increase my power to help me keep with my club mates and on fast Sportives. In the 1st 8-10 weeks with James he helped me to push up my ftp by 12% which has made a massive difference to my cycling. The zoom calls are very good and shows a lot of data and charts that are not on garmin or strava and James explained these charts very well. I started a program with James after months of unstructured training where I wasn’t making much progress at all.
