Initial 30 - 60 Minutes Consultation Call
This is a casual call where we can chat so I can find out your History, Current fitness and future goals. For this option I will send you a set up form for you to fill out before the call. I find this saves a lot of time during the call. Once this has been submitted, we can arrange a time for a call.
This is also a good time for you to get to know me and decide if you want to work with me or not.
Personalized Training Plan
After our call I will create a 4 week training block that will get you ready for upcoming training blocks. This is essential for finding out your phenotype (type of rider) and also to find what areas we need to focus on to get the best results.
On the nutritional side we take it on a week to week basis. During our weekly calls we decide on a task for you to carry out that will get you closer to your goal.
Nutrition And Lifestyle Coaching
If you’re looking for someone to give you a meal plan or a list of food that you should be eating then, I’m sorry, this is not what I provide.
What I do provide is a concept known as “Deep Health”. This is different for everybody and will be developed as we work together and depends on so many factors. A few being current food knowledge, social support and food beliefs.
By working with me in this area you will not only learn how to have a healthy relationship with food but also how to listen to your body when it needs rest. I have had clients that have found it overwhelming to try to fit training into their already busy lives. After making a weekly plan with someone it can feel much less daunting.
Weekly Calls
It's important to have weekly calls to make sure that you are staying on track and to also plan next steps. This doesn't have to be a long drawn out chat. Sometimes 10 minutes is enough, however if you need a longer chat then, I’m here for you.
All Workouts Checked Using Advanced WKO5 Software
WKO5 is TrainingPeaks advanced analytical software. It helps coaches track data so that they may prescribe a more exact individualised training program for their athletes. I will be going through these charts with you during our calls to show you how you’re progressing.
Contact Via WhatsApp And TrainingPeaks At Any Time
After completing a workout I want you to comment on how it felt and how it went. There is also an indicator that shows how you felt generally. When you complete these for every workout it gives me a feeling of how you are during the block.

On The Bike Nutrition Advice
As a nutritionist, I am able to give you advice for what you may eat or drink on a ride in order to help you keep fueled for the ride. This is not to be mistaken for nutrition coaching which is something else entirely.
Bike Setup And Kit Advice
Tyre selection, gear ratios, bike equipment, etc. Knowing what to take with you on a long ride can sometimes make or break your ride. I have years of experience with this and have sometimes learned the hard way of what doesn’t work so you don’t have to.
Monthly Testing
The first 3 weeks of a training block get progressively harder while the fourth week is a rest week, which is important to allow your body to adjust to the training load. This is a process known as super compensation.
Its during this “rest” week that you will be performing a couple of test to see what progress you have made
